Refund Policy

NAZARETH COMPASSION MINISTRIES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• All donations made to NAZARETH COMPASSION MINISTRIES are non-refundable. However, if you have made an accidental donation or an incorrect amount has been deducted, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction.
• If you have registered for an event or donation program and wish to request a refund, please reach out to us at +91 94405 66053 within 2 days before the service program event date. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
• If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
